There will be no incumbent in the 2026 race for Governor. Current Lt. Governor Burt Jones (Rep) is running for Governor. This has led to a wide-open race on the Republican side, with seven candidates. On the Democratic side, we have the three candidates listed below.

The Dade County Democratic Committee will not endorse any Democratic candidate in the upcoming 2026 primary for Lt. Governor.
