There will be no incumbent in the 2026 race for Attorney General. Current Attorney General Chris Carr (Rep) is running for Governor. Currently, two Democratic candidates have filed intent forms to run for Attorney General, as have two Republicans

The Dade County Democratic Committee will not endorse any Democratic candidate in the upcoming 2026 primary for Attorney General.
